• Custom website development and maintenance.
• Educational management software solutions for schools, colleges, and universities.
• Online learning platforms and course management systems.
• Technical support and consulting services.

The scope, pricing, and timeline of services are defined in separate agreements between Zen-Tech and the client.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of Zen-Tech services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering or purchasing services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials provided.
• Use our services for lawful purposes only and comply with applicable local laws.
• Not engage in activities that could damage, overload, or interfere with our services.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Payment Terms

All services provided by Zen-Tech are subject to payment as per the agreed pricing. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other accepted payment methods. Key points:

• Invoices are generated as per the agreed project milestones or monthly subscriptions.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
• All taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the client.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to software, websites, and other materials provided by Zen-Tech remain the property of Zen-Tech unless explicitly transferred in writing. Users are granted a limited license to use these materials for their internal operations only.

• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of our software or content is strictly prohibited.
• Clients may request ownership transfer under specific agreements for an additional fee.

6. Confidentiality

Zen-Tech and its clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive information shared during the project. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Technical data, software code, or proprietary information.
• Client student data or institutional records.
• Financial or strategic information shared during collaboration.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zen-Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we aim to provide accurate, reliable, and secure services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free software, or complete security against unauthorized access.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. Termination may occur:

• If a client fails to comply with payment terms or other obligations.
• If Zen-Tech cannot provide services due to unforeseen circumstances.

Upon termination, the client must cease all use of Zen-Tech software and return or delete confidential materials as agreed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Zen-Tech services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

10. Changes to Terms

Zen-Tech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of major changes via email or through announcements on our website. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
